Due to the current global situation surrounding COVID-19, Cruise Ship Interiors and Cruise Ship Hospitality Expo America has taken the difficult decision to move our dates to 2–3 September. We want to be as transparent as possible with all our exhibitors, partners, speakers, VIPs and visitors. After speaking to each and every one of our exhibitors personally we have created this FAQs, to have all your frequently asked questions about the expo in one place.

Is Cruise Ship Interiors Expo America and Cruise Ship Hospitality Expo America still going ahead?

Yes! Cruise Ship Interiors Expo America and Cruise Ship Hospitality Expo America are still going ahead. They have moved to new dates of 2–3 September, 2020, at the Miami Beach Convention Center.

When will Cruise Ship Interiors Expo America and Cruise Ship Hospitality Expo America take place?

The new show dates for CSI and CSH are 2–3 September 2020.

Where will Cruise Ship Interiors Expo America and Cruise Ship Hospitality Expo America take place?

The location for CSIA and CSH has not changed. The co-located shows will take place at Miami Beach Convention Center in the same halls as planned.

What’s different about the shows?

Nothing other than the dates have changed! We will still be running a full two-day world-class conference and offer plenty of networking opportunities for our exhibitors, speakers, VIPs and visitors.

Will Cruise Ship Interiors Expo America and Cruise Ship Hospitality America definitely go ahead?

We will continue to monitor the global situation closely. Our biggest priority is ensuring that we provide an excellent and safe show for all cruise ship owners, designers, suppliers and outfitters to attend.

I’ve already booked my hotel, what can I do?

If you booked through our Official Hotel Partner (DF Meetings & Events) then you will be able to transfer to the September dates. If you did not, then you need to contact the agent directly and cancel the booking and rebook via the official agent to ensure you get the correct rates and are able to make changes without penalty going forward.

I am an exhibitor. Has anything about my booth changed?

Everything about your booth is the same, from the size to the location.

I am a visitor. Has anything about my pass changed?

Everyone who has registered to attend CSI and CSH are still eligible to attend. You do not need to re-register and we will continue updating you with all the relevant information. The lucky holders of the Priority Pass are still able to access fast track entry and the other perks associated with the Pass. Registration for both CSI and CSH remain completely free.
