Plan Your Visit to Cruise Ship Hospitality Expo 2021!

Cruise Ship Hospitality Expo (CSH) is coming to the Miami Beach Convention Center on 10 – 11 November 2021. With so much to fit into just two days, get prepared by following our handy step-by-step guide to plan your visit and get the most out of this unmissable event.

1. Pre-register

If you choose to follow just one of these steps, make sure it’s this one! Before you get on-site, before you even leave your office to join us in Miami, make sure you’re registered to attend Cruise Ship Hospitality Expo. Registering for your free pass grants you access to the show floor of up to 200 suppliers, a two-day conference program, networking opportunities, and the co-located Cruise Ship Interiors Expo.

2. Check out our exhibitors

With up to 200 suppliers across the show floor, there’s lots to choose from. Our online exhibitor listing allows you to easily check out who will be at the show. You can even go a step further with an advanced search. You can also view our CSH 2021 show floor plan to help you plan your visit and find must-see booths!

3. Explore the conference programme

Cruise Conversations Live 2021 has arrived at Cruise Ship Hospitality Expo. This free to attend conference is brought to you by our official Conference Partner Passenger Ship Interior & Refurbishment Review and our Conference Sponsor NEWH. Check out our 2021 Conference Programme to learn more about the session topics, times, and speakers.

4. Make connections ahead of time

Start making connections before you even set foot in Miami with our handy B2B matchmaking service. This allows you to set up meetings, review matches, and see who else will be in attendance. To enjoy this feature, you will need to attend as a CSH VIP. If you think you qualify for a VIP pass, get in touch with our team today.

5. Read our COVID protocol

Cruise Ship Hospitality Expo America will be run following official government guidelines and in accordance with safety measures implemented by the Miami Beach Convention Center. We have also consulted with our Advisory Board members that represent all the leading cruise brands and worked closely with our Strategic Partner, VIKAND, the global leader in public health, to develop a COVID safety protocol. Read this before the event to ensure you know what to expect and how you will need to prepare.

6. Book your hotel

To help you with planning your stay whilst attending the show we have partnered with DF Meetings & Events to provide you with a list of hotels at preferential rates. These hotels are just a few minutes’ walk away from the Miami Beach Convention Center and Miami Beach’s hottest spots! Book your hotel for CSH here.

7. Organise your travel

Make sure to plan your travel in advance. If you’re staying in one of our partnered hotels as advised, then travelling to the event will be a straightforward affair. The Miami Beach Convention Center will be no more than a 5-10-minute walk from any of our partnered hotels. If you are not travelling from one of our partnered hotels, make sure to plan your route in advance!

8. Bring a colleague

With so many things to do at Cruise Ship Hospitality Expo, you might struggle to see and do everything in time. Why not bring along a colleague to ensure you don’t miss a thing? While one of you liaises with exhibitors, the other can catch a conference session or attend one of our networking events!

After all, if you have to go home to change your shoes halfway through the day you could miss out on that ever-so-important meeting opportunity!
