Cruise Ship Hospitality Expo confirms new show dates

  • Cruise Ship Hospitality Expo America and co-located Cruise Ship Interiors Expo America confirm new show dates
  • The world’s first cruise hospitality event returns to Miami to reunite the supply chain with an expanded purpose and its biggest show to date
  • Cruise Ship Hospitality Expo America hosts the unique Health and Hygiene Zone, dedicated to companies specialised in helping combat health related issues onboard, including COVID-19

Brighton, England, April 2021Cruise Ship Hospitality Expo America (CSH) and the co-located Cruise Ship Interiors Expo America (CSI) return to Miami, Florida on 28 – 29 October, 2021. CSH – originally launched as the Marine Catering Expo in 2019 – returns with an expanded purpose and the brand new Health & Hygiene Zone. Organisers Elite Exhibitions recognise that cruise operations and hospitality holds the key to restoring passenger confidence and reopening the travel industry.

CSH is thrilled to open the doors of the Miami Beach Convention Center once again, welcoming the heads of hospitality and operations, qualified buyers and innovative suppliers. CEO Toby Walters says, ‘We are delighted to bring the industry back together again’, as the community’s key players will meet for two days of networking, much-missed face-to-face meetings and the unparalleled Cruise Conversations conference.

CSI and CSH were originally scheduled to return 8 – 9 June 2021. However, event organisers Elite Exhibitions have made the difficult but necessary decision to move CSI and CSH to the new dates of 28 – 29 October 2021. Although buoyed by the global news of successful vaccination programmes and other roadmaps to reopening world travel, the organisers felt that the new dates allowed them to ensure the outstanding show that exhibitors and visitors have come to expect.

This year CSI & CSH’s 300-plus exhibitors will be located under one roof, creating a dynamic show floor like no other. After nearly a year of online-only meetings, visitors will be able to meet the entire hospitality supply chain across restaurant, galley and F&B to guest experience, hospitality and technology. Over at the Cruise Conversations conference stage industry leaders will be discussing the key topics of today and the future, including the role that hospitality will play in the reinvigoration of the cruise industry.

CSH is excited to announce the dedicated Health & Hygiene Zone. This Health & Hygiene Zone serves as an answer to one of the most important questions of the cruise industry’s history: how can we safely resume service and ensure customer confidence? Showcasing innovative companies that have created cutting edge solutions for handwashing, air quality, infection prevention and more, the Health & Hygiene Zone is a can’t-miss feature of the show floor.

“VIKAND are very pleased to form this partnership with Elite Exhibitions and their portfolio of cruise related events. Our values as companies are well aligned, and we believe that with the help of VIKAND, the Health & Hygiene Zone within Cruise Ship Hospitality Expo can provide cruise lines with an opportunity to meet the entire supply chain under one roof”

Peter Hult, CEO, VIKAND

Attendees will enjoy a strong programme of networking events scheduled across both days of the two-day exhibition. Among the anticipated events is the Reunion Party, a celebration of the cruise ship interiors community and a reuniting of the supply chain.
